Before shipping, every Mac undergoes our comprehensive 30-point refurbishment and verification process. Each unit is professionally cleaned, tested, and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent working condition.
Delivery Information
We offer free and tracked delivery across the UK.
All orders are shipped using insured, reliable courier services.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your item has been dispatched.

Our Refurbishment Process
Each Mac is thoroughly inspected and tested, including:
- Battery health (minimum 80%) and cycle count checks
- Full OS installation and secure data wipe
- Disassembly, internal cleaning, and visual inspection
- Display calibration, audio/video component tests
- Keyboard, trackpad, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and port validation
- SSD performance and thermal system diagnostics
Only after passing all quality control points is a Mac cleared for shipment.
Warranty & Returns
2020 or above MacBooks & All iPhones include a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is not as described.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
